A UCLA graduate in 2004, Haik eagerly began his career in real estate finance at Chase working on Karen Chiu’s Lending team with builders such as Equity Residential, Regis Homes, and Gaw + Gilmore. He soon decided that real estate sales was his calling so he opened up Green World Realty & Financial Services in March of 2008 to integrate his passion for sustainable living with helping community members buy and sell homes. Over the last two years he has earned his e-Pro certification, NAR Green Designation, and his Ecobroker Certification.
Realtor and NAR Green Designee. Having always been interested in architecture, urban design and real estate, it was a natural fit for Dion to become a Realtor. He first got his feet wet in the mortgage industry before making the transition to Real Estate and to Green World Realty in 2008. Green World Realty’s goal to provide sustainable living and to promote a green lifestyle are an ideal fit for him. Dion is mostly active in the Pasadena, Glendale and Eagle Rock areas, with experience with first time home buyers, short sales, and urban living.
